Position Overview
Provides athletic training services focused on prevention, recognition, evaluation, immediate care, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries to ensure safe return to activity. Responsible for demonstrating professional development and adhering to organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, administer care, and utilize therapeutic modalities and equipment.
- Perform duties aligned with the organization's mission and values, including related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited athletic training program.
- State licensure or eligibility.
- Certification through the Board of Certification, Inc.
- Capable of patient care, data assessment, and interpreting patient needs according to age-specific requirements.
- Physical and mental adaptability for clinical and outreach settings.
- Occasional odd hours, weekends, and travel are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- Prior experience.
- NATA certification (advantageous but not mandatory).
