ATE- Tooling and Inventory Specialist

Collaborate with the Technology team and ATE market leaders to assess the needs of ATE Technicians.
Purchase and maintain all OEM and aftermarket tooling and licensing.
Maintain accurate inventory of all ATE tooling and equipment, including location assignment.
Ensure that essential tools for technicians are consistently stocked at the ATE Training & Technology Center and readily available for shipping.
Ship requested and approved tools in a timely manner with the most cost-effective shipping methods based on the urgency of the needs.
(i.e. technician tooling kits)
Conduct research to establish the most cost-effective pricing and shipping solutions for vendors/suppliers and shipping methods.
Collaborate with ATE market leaders to obtain tooling and equipment needs specific to each market.
Investigate and resolve tooling hardware/software issues, processing RMAs as needed.
Work closely with ATE Fleet & Mobile Technician departments to ensure all tooling and equipment is upfitted to maximize efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned

2+ years of automotive background servicing and diagnosing automotive systems.
1+ years working as an ADAS Calibration Technician, with advanced knowledge in ADAS and electrical services, equipment/tooling, and procedures.
Strong technological skills, including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols related to ADAS technologies
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Exceptional professionalism with a passion for the industry and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence.
May require occasional travel locally with possible overnight travel.
A safe driving record and a valid Driver’s License required.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time in automotive shop environments.
