Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and review audit, review, and other assurance engagements
- Supervise, mentor, and develop senior associates and staff accountants
- Ensure engagements are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with professional standards
- Review financial statements, workpapers, and client deliverables for accuracy and quality
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact
- Identify client needs and recommend value-added solutions and services
- Assist with firm initiatives, including general process improvement and implementation of new technologies
- Stay current on accounting, auditing, and regulatory developments
Requirements
- CPA License required
- 6+ years of public accounting experience
- Demonstrated experience managing client engagements and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, GAGAS, SSARS
- Background in Family Businesses, NPO, UG/Single Audit, and HUD is preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and client service skills
Pay
$100,000 - $130,000 per year
