ASST SUPERINTENDENT ( SPG)

This role assists the Superintendent in coordinating subcontractors or supervises laborers and trade workers at the construction site. Monitors work performance, progress, and productivity of subcontractors and laborers/craft workers. Assists in monitoring costs as specified in contract documents. Directly oversees the performance of workers completing all phases of construction to meet company standards and owner expectations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Five years of previous field interior or commercial construction experience
• Public works, design-build, or school campus-style projects experience preferred
• 1 year of direct supervisory experience
• Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook)
• Ability to read plans and specs

Pay

The compensation for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
