ASST SUPERINTENDENT

Essential Functions

• Makes sure work performance, progress, and productivity of subcontractors and laborers/craft workers are monitored.
• Assists in monitoring costs as specified in contract documents.
• Directly oversees the performance of workers completing all phases of construction to meet company standards and owner expectations.

Minimum Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five years of previous field interior or commercial construction experience are preferred.
• Public works, design build, or school campus style projects experience is preferred.
• One year of direct supervisory experience is required.
• Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook) is required.
• The ability to read plans and specifications is required.

Pay

The compensation for the Assistant Superintendent position is $100,000 - $120,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
