About the role

Responsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs).

• Set up, validate, and generate complex invoices to various customers.
• Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Provide daily customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance.
• Perform required invoice and account receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Support cash application process through research and reconciliation.

Requirements

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business management, or related field or have completed their bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Pay

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $48,500 - $90,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.

Schedule

9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off.
