Responsibilities
- Facilitate Training Programs: Support the facilitation of both general and specific training and development programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
- Contribute to Program Design: Assist in the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training programs, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to enhance learning experiences.
- Develop Instructional Content: Provide input to instructional content, preparing materials such as participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests, and job aids that align with corporate standards.
- Conduct Needs Analysis: Assist with needs, audience, and task analysis to identify training requirements and provide input into effective solutions or changes.
- Maintain Training Records: Keep detailed records and reports on training progress, using evaluation data to guide program revisions and improvements, and providing input for continuous enhancement.

Qualifications
- Education: Student enrolled in an Engineering or other STEM related Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Program training courses with coaching from senior content developers.
- Participates in updating course materials and trainer materials.
- Deliver training courses with coaching from senior content developers.
- Support continuous improvement and enhancement of team processes.
- Video creation editing for training content.
