Associate Support Manager (Lead)

About the Role

The Associate Direct Support Manager oversees operations of Residential and Day Services Programs, ensuring safety, compliance, and support for individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety, maintain regulatory compliance
• Coordinate daily activities, support personal needs, and schedule staff
• Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary and sanitation standards
• Document activities and developmental progress accurately
• Intervene in behavioral incidents using appropriate strategies
• Manage household finances and oversee facility and transportation maintenance
• Participate in individual program planning and address staffing needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in medication administration, CPR, and first aid (can be obtained after hire)
• At least one year of relevant work experience
