Associate / Senior Associate, Investment Operations

Company Overview: An investment manager in Boston with private equity and credit funds is hiring an Investment Operations Associate / Senior Associate to join their credit team. The role focuses on providing operational support across liquid credit funds and separately managed accounts. Job Responsibilities: Provide operational support for investor relations, finance, and fund management teams.Maintain a scalable operations function related to reconciliation and control.Daily reconciliation of cash and assets with custodians and brokers.Track trading and credit activity daily.Reconcile Administrator data and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting.Understand complex investment structures/transactions and communicate effectively.Analyze, review, and improve working processes and controls.Oversee new fund launches and asset transfers for operational readiness. Qualifications: 1-3+ years of financial services experience; bank loan experience preferred.Major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with a 3.25 GPA or higher.Proficiency in Excel; experience in Advent Geneva preferred.
