Senior Associate, Investment Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of new account onboarding into internal systems like Orion, Salesforce, and Moxy.
• Processing new account requests from advisors and trading teams.
• Managing closed accounts across multiple trading platforms.
• Setting up securities across various platforms and resolving setup issues in Orion.
• Maintaining account restrictions both during onboarding and as recommended.
• Daily reconciliation of trading platforms (Moxy, Perform, FixFlyer).
• Ensuring timely trade settlement through collaboration with Investment teams, custodians, and brokers.
• Serving as a key contact and subject matter expert for investment and trading queries.
• Aiding in monthly composite return calculations and quarterly fact sheet preparation.
• Conducting regular quality control checks on trading platforms.
• Maintaining investment-related documents in Box, including fact sheets, educational content, process documents, and manager ADVs.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment operations and/or trading support.
• Undergraduate degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Experience with options trading and options account setup at custodians preferred.
• Proficiency in portfolio management and trading platforms (Orion, Perform, Moxy, FixFlyer, Charles River).
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with new account paperwork and processing at custodians such as Fidelity, Schwab, and Pershing.
