As our Associate Recruiter you are the engine behind the sourcing and coordination function that keeps Planhat’s Americas hiring moving. Whether you are: Sourcing and identifying top candidates across the Americas for commercial and ops roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, and creative outreach channelsManaging candidate pipelines in Ashby — keeping stages up to date, scheduling interviews, sending communications, and making sure nothing falls through the cracksCoordinating interviews across multiple hubs and time zones with speed and precisionSupporting recruiters with outbound campaigns, InMail drafting, and candidate researchHelping build and maintain talent bench pipelines for roles that are not yet open but will be soonContributing to employer brand initiatives and candidate experience improvements From there the path is clear. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a generous PTO policy, and other benefits.
