Associate Recruiter responsible for identifying and connecting with top talent through strategic sourcing and outreach, using advanced search techniques (including Boolean) and platforms like LinkedIn to find candidates, building targeted pipelines by mapping competitor and industry talent pools, coordinating and scheduling interviews with leadership and clients, and playing a key role in matching great people with great opportunities.

Requirements
1 to 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, client relations, recruiting, or customer service.
