Associate Property Manager
About the Role
As an Associate Property Manager, you will manage a variety of financial activities for a large market to drive financial performance and client satisfaction. This role is part of the Property Management job function, responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
Responsibilities
- Perform, coordinate, and supervise various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
- Act as a liaison between the field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
- Oversee the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects.
- Manage the coding and processing of vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
- Review and monitor data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics.
- Evaluate income and expense trends to identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Schedule internal compliance reviews, report outcomes, and work with management to improve operational compliance.
- Serve as the point of contact to provide customer service support for complex inquiries from internal and external clients.
- Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of your own work and the work of others on the team.
- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Real-estate License is required.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Pay
The minimum salary for the Associate Property Manager position is $75,000 annually, and the maximum salary is $85,000 annually. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
