About the role
In conjunction with the Product Manager, demonstrates consistent value stream ownership of the franchise program. Responsible for monitoring product inventory, VMI programs, and adjusting product inventory levels as needed. Works closely with production planning and manufacturing to ensure that all needs of all customers are being met. Assists in developing marketing and sales strategies, and identifying and pursuing the development of new products within the assigned franchise.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Operations (manufacturing) to forecast specific allograft needs, backorder monitoring, and identify allograft modifications to meet customer demand.
- Supports change orders, planned deviations, and SOP updates across multiple product lines ensuring that all marketing collateral, product modifications, and labeling changes comply with relevant tissue banking standards (e.g., AATB, FDA, or state regulations).
- Develops and manages forecasting models and VMI programs.
- Monitors competitor strategies and product offerings.
- Manages distribution partner, intermediary, and contract inventory as needed to secure and increase Solvita business.
- Works with Product Managers, Business Data Analyst, and Business Development representatives on all demand planning and forecasting elements within the IBP Process.
- Collaborates with Quality and Regulatory teams to resolve nonconformances, product complaints, and other quality-related issues while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
- Manages trade shows, training courses and materials.
- Attends trade shows and meets with customers and potential customers.
- Synthesizes qualitative surgeon and field feedback to help prioritize future product enhancements.
- Organizes all aspects of training events for physicians and coordinates with guest lecturers.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for customer service and sales staff.
- Data entry as required for addition of new products and/or new/adjusted pricing.
- Facilitates photoshoots and marketing collateral preparation.
- Participates in budget season activities including data pulling and reporting.
- Works in high volume environment - handle inquiries and escalate concerns promptly as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience or familiarity with tissue banking, medical devices, biologics, or a highly regulated clinical field is preferred.
