Associate Product Manager

About the role

Assist in product life cycle activities, support demand forecasting, collaborate on NIR/CCO implementation, maintain Product Information Management (PIM), analyze data for margin improvement, support pricing recommendations, monthly reporting on product categories, conduct market and competitive research, participate in VOC and VO​B activities, support new product launches, and collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute on product initiatives that support all stages of the product life cycle under the guidance of a Product Manager.
• Support alignment of demand and sales forecasts for assigned products.
• Collaborate with Engineering Service to facilitate New Item Requests (NIR) and Change Order (CCO) implementation.
• Assist in the upkeep of the Product Information Management (PIM).
• Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity for margin improvement.
• Support pricing recommendations for product‑specific projects.
• Monthly report out on product categories across the organization.
• Support market and competitive research and analysis for assigned categories.
• Participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Business (VOB) activities to inform product decisions.
• Support and execute new product launches in partnership with the broader product management team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support shared objectives.
• Assist in ongoing process improvements to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from others.
• Show enthusiasm for contributing to group projects and helping the team achieve shared goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or applicable experience; degree or experience in Product Management or Product Development, Project Management, Data Analyst, Merchandising, or Business.
