Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Producer - Art to support a high-volume live-service content team focused on cosmetics and character assets. This role will be responsible for driving production schedules, managing asset pipelines, tracking dependencies, and helping streamline processes that support the release of high-quality content. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced production environment. This person will collaborate with artists, directors, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders to ensure content moves efficiently through production and reaches release milestones on schedule. Candidates with experience in gaming, film, television, animation, or digital content production are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Own production schedules, workflow organization, and asset tracking across multiple 2D and 3D art initiatives.
  • Manage and monitor content pipelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time.
  • Track dependencies across production teams and identify risks that may impact delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with artists, art leads, production teams, and external partners to remove blockers and maintain project momentum.
  • Support content releases by managing build schedules, publishing timelines, and end-of-pipeline production activities.
  • Facilitate reporting and communicate risks, status updates, and production health to stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and increased efficiency.
  • Maintain asset tracking systems, shot grids, and workflow management tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including localization, publishing, and narrative content teams to streamline delivery processes.
  • Help establish scalable production practices that improve team effectiveness and content throughput.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Production, Associate Producer, Project Coordinator, or similar role supporting art, animation, or creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of production pipelines, dependency management, scheduling, and asset tracking.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Experience balancing short-term production needs with longer-term team goals.
  • Adaptability and effectiveness within fast-moving, evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a live-service game or live operations environment.
  • Familiarity with Jira and automated workflow/ticketing systems.
  • Interest in process improvement, automation, and production optimization.
  • Exposure to character pipelines, cosmetic asset production, or 3D content workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Perforce and game engine tools.
  • Experience in gaming, film, television, animation, VFX, or other content production environments.
