Associate Producer

What You'll Do

• Responsible for pre & post-production as well as the delivery of a multitude of shows, videos, podcasts, and social clips
• Work on various types of productions ranging from studio shows, run-and-gun content, vlogs, interviews, Man/Women on the street, and more
• Work directly with talent to develop highly produced content
• Work directly with other production staff in the Chicago office
• Be forward thinking and problem-solve production/scheduling issues

What You Have:

• Minimum 2+ years experience
• Strong knowledge of our female lead brands including but not limited to Plan Bri, Micropod, & ItGirl
• Strong experience shooting & editing content for digital platforms
• The ability to craft a compelling narrative that aligns with our brand ethos
• Knowledge about Barstool Sports and our content
• A sense of urgency and knowledge of production timelines
• The ability to shoot
• Organizational and collaborative skills, as well as an ability to prioritize, are a must
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• The ability to be flexible to travel for shoots and productions, as needed
• An up-to-date production reel showcasing your work

Pay

Salary Range: $65,000 - 70,000k
