About the role
As a Digital Transformation & Solutions Associate Principal in ZS’s Digital Customer Experience (DCE) Practice, this role involves:
- Developing and shaping Digital CX innovations and solutions
- Leading large-scale Digital Transformation Global programs with clients
- Cultivating strategic relationships with clients’ Business and IT Heads
- Driving new sales cycles for Modular Content Supply Chain transformation programs
- Expanding partnerships and GTM with AWS on Intelligent Content solutions
- Implementing and integrating with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms
- Commercializing innovative offerings and Product Management in Content transformation
- Shaping client’s CMO organizations, Digital Operating Models, and Solution Architectures
- Developing and leading a global team of Content experts
Responsibilities
This role accelerates ZS’s Content Transformation capability through industry disruption of today’s content supply chain with AI/Gen AI driven innovative approaches and marketing transformation.
- Lead large-scale Digital client business development and delivery engagements
- Drive revenue within existing clients and develop new prospects at senior levels
- Formulate client’s Omnichannel strategy, implementation roadmap, and operating models
- Lead transformation programs spanning business strategy, advanced analytics & AI, and Digital Marketing Technologies
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Deep expertise in designing, architecting, and building modern-day Content Factories
- A strong track record of selling and delivering modular content transformation programs
- Strong experience in end-to-end content supply chain processes
- Implementation experience and technical expertise in Adobe Experience solutions
- Experience with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal (MLR) processes and integrations with Veeva PromoMats in Life Sciences industry
- Marketing domain expertise and transformation experience
- Experience in innovating and disrupting new industry solutions in AI driven modular Content Transformation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or related field from a top university
- MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable and preferred
- 5+ years in a leadership role within Management Consulting / Marketing Agency Services (preferably both)
