The Role

We serve as the strategic advisor to CEOs, helping them navigate the AI transformation journey. As a Principal, you will be the CEO's trusted advisor, driving the company's revenue through insights and Applied AI expertise. Your responsibilities include winning new business, embedding with leadership to identify AI opportunities, and mobilizing a team of experts to deliver impactful results.

What You'll Do

  • Win the business: Source and convert high-intent executive relationships into signed engagements.

  • Embed with leadership: Diagnose AI opportunities and shape actionable paths for the business.

  • Mobilize delivery: Quickly stand up engagements and focus on delivering tangible value.

  • Own and grow the relationship: Deepen trust and expand the partnership over multiple engagements.
