Job Description
Leverage deep experience in experience led product methodologies to lead the design and development of customer centric products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into product strategies and roadmaps. Influence product innovation and improvements through expertise in customer experience and product design. Drive the adoption of experience led design principles across the product lifecycle to ensure consistent and impactful user experiences. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing product value and engagement. Mentor and guide teams in applying experience led design techniques to solve complex customer challenges. Ensure alignment of product design with overall business objectives and customer needs within the Customer Experience skill cluster family.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to embed experience led product design across multiple product lines.
- Define and champion best practices for experience led product development within the organization.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate customer insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
- Oversee the end-to-end product design process ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet customer expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement by measuring product impact on customer experience and iterating accordingly.
- Foster a culture of customer centricity and innovation among product and design teams.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers and product managers promoting skill development in experience led design.

- Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
