About the role
The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical implementation ensuring scalable user-centric B2B solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document B2B eCommerce and CRM requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and detailed user stories
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations for clients
- Design scalable Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions aligned with best practices
- Map B2B business processes, catalog pricing, account hierarchy, orders, entitlements, and define architecture for complex B2B journeys including self-service portals, buying groups, and account-based commerce
- Prepare and maintain solution design documents, process flows, and functional diagrams
- Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and architects to ensure correct implementation
- Configure Salesforce B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud CPQ (if applicable)
- Support testing, SIT, UAT, defect triage, and change management
- Lead end-user training and handover sessions
- Manage functional scope, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Maintain strong client communication and expectation management
- Participate in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning and reviews
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business or related field
- 10-12 years of Salesforce consulting experience
- Hand-on functional experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud CPQ (optional but preferred)
- Deep understanding of B2B processes, contract-based pricing, product catalogs, custom checkout flows, buyer groups, account hierarchies, order management workflows
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-handling skills
- Salesforce certifications preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with API integrations and middleware
- MuleSoft, REST knowledge
- Experience with OmniStudio, Vlocity (plus)
- Understanding of commerce analytics and personalization
