About the Role

Responsible for delivering patient-oriented service in clinical or front office settings, performing clerical and administrative duties to support patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and checking in patients, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and processing paperwork.
  • Entering and verifying patient data in computer systems, coordinating referrals, pre-authorizations, and benefits.
  • Responding to patient inquiries with compassion, generating reports, and maintaining registration requirements across various departments.
  • Scheduling appointments and ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year experience in healthcare, customer service, or office setting.
  • Proficiency in typing and basic math.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance procedures preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts within a 24/7 schedule and stand for long periods.
  • Reliable transportation.

Pay

$16.15–$28.80 per hour.
