Associate Pastor

Harmony Baptist Church of Monroe, Georgia is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor. We are a growing multi-generational church in Northeast Central Georgia, not far from Athens and Atlanta. We currently have an average service attendance of 175 and growing; our region is one of the fastest growing residential areas in the state! This position requires assisting the pastor in the various ministries of the church. Minimum Qualifications Calling & Education Called and Gifted by God to serve as a PastorBachelor’s Degree or Higher from a Bible college or seminary Experience & Desired Skills Ministry experience requiredExperience in planning music for services and leading worship preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with ProPresenter and Planning CenterAble to use and communicate through modern platforms such as email, text, Microsoft, and Google programs.
