Associate Partnerships Manager

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years of project coordination, partnership management, or related experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to respectfully make suggestions and recommendations to Partnership Directors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect strategies, partners, and priorities across complex programs and initiatives.
• Prominent experience proactively driving multiple concurrent projects to completion in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
• A growth-oriented mindset grounded in humility, openness, and continual learning.
• Proficient knowledge of technology including MS Office suite of products and proficiency with CRMs, such as Airtable.
