Associate Partner Manager
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Loop as an Associate Partner Manager, where you'll help build and deepen relationships with the partners that power our merchants' operations. This role sits within our North American Partnerships organization within the Logistics channel, working across a network of operations and logistics technology partners, including 3PLs, resale partners, WMS and ERP providers, all of whom are core to how Loop's merchants run their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Support and build relationships with North American partners across logistics, operations, and technology (3PLs, carriers, WMS, ERP, and SaaS platforms), with the goal of driving referrals, pipeline growth, and closed revenue.
- Aid in managing a pipeline of partner-sourced sales opportunities, working alongside Partner Managers, go-to-market leadership, and Account Executive teams to support complex sales cycles.
- Help develop and execute joint business plans with partners to build go-to-market strategies that create mutual value and grow pipeline for both Loop and our partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Merchant Success to contribute to repeatable GTM playbooks across the region.
- Identify co-marketing opportunities, such as campaigns, case studies, events, that strengthen Loop's presence across partner ecosystems.
- Support product and partnership evaluations by gathering partner and market feedback to surface high-value opportunities.
- Build a point of view on how Loop can grow with specific partners, and work with your team to put that plan into action.
- Work as part of a global Partner team spanning logistics, agency, and tech partnerships, helping to connect the dots across Loop's partner ecosystem.
- Travel periodically to meet ecosystem partners in person as needed.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related client-facing B2B role, ideally at a SaaS company or within the e-commerce ecosystem. Some familiarity with the North American D2C e-commerce landscape, whether that's through logistics and operations, tech platforms, or working with brands directly. A natural relationship builder who's comfortable developing trust with external partners and internal stakeholders alike. Resourceful and curious; you ask good questions, learn quickly, and don't wait to be told what to do next. Strong active listener and communicator, with examples of bringing clarity to ambiguous or complex situations. Comfortable working as both a team player and individual contributor in a remote-first environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills; diplomatic under pressure. Willing and able to travel as needed (~10%) to meet with new and existing partners.
