KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Managing Director, ECC Contracts (Federal) to join our Enterprise Contracting Center Federal Contracts Team.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a service-centric delivery model for federal contracting, overseeing the end-to-end contracting lifecycle from pre-award strategy to post-award closeout, ensuring rapid response times and mission alignment
- Partner with senior federal practice leaders and business development to align contracting capacity with capture strategies and pipeline growth; manage resource allocation via a robust KPI and SLA framework to optimize velocity and cost-efficiency
- Architect and maintain a unified federal contracting framework - including FAR/DFARS compliance policies, templates, negotiation play
