Job Description

Lead independent, end-to-end delivery of a project or multiple workstreams, including workplans, timelines, and executive-ready deliverables.

Structure ambiguous problems, conduct analysis, and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Develop executive-ready storylines and materials (e.g., slide decks, pre-reads) and present findings to business partners and WSG leaders.

Define success metrics/KPIs upfront and track impact through implementation; ensure solutions are sustainable and effectively adopted and transitioned to appropriate business owners.

Collaborate across functions and groups (e.g., Insights, Marketing, Operations) to drive growth and reduce waste

Contribute to WSG committees and capability-building.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, agriculture, CPG, finance, or related fields
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end delivery of a project or multiple workstreams (workplans, timelines, deliverables)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and translate data into actionable insights
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a track record of taking initiative, anticipating risks, and driving work to closure
  • Demonstrable executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills with comfort interacting independently with senior business partners and cross-functional teams
  • Leadership potential with experience coaching/mentoring others and contributing to team culture and capability-building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing executive-ready storylines and presentations and supporting analyses
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required (typically day trips up to ~20% of the time)
