Associate Manager - RTSM Project Management

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Practice Manager to join the Randomization & Trial Supply Management (RTSM) team. The successful candidate will lead a professional services team focused on customer success in the implementation and support of RTSM studies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer and employee success
• Manage a diverse team of project managers and managed services consultants
• Build and manage people for their personal and professional development
• Establish and ensure adherence to RTSM Processes
• Collaborate with other RTSM teams to ensure alignment and delivery expectations
• Establish best practices and processes

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Must have RTSM experience
• 4+ years in people management
• Built and managed a team of project managers/services team
• Able to take initiative and work proactively
• Operational excellence in leading Services including resource management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Team player
• A logical approach to problem-solving and excellent eye for detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Able to travel (5-10%)

Nice to Have

• Working Knowledge of RTSM
• Working Knowledge of FDA and 21 CFR Part 11
• Management in the RTSM sector

Compensation

Base pay: $100,000 - $200,000
