About the role

Taft is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its Detroit office.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
• Courtroom appearances including arguing motions
• Handling depositions
• Handling trials
• Arbitration hearings (first or second chair)
• Developing, researching, and executing overall case strategy

Requirements

5‑6 years of complex litigation experience.

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this position is $215,000 – $255,000. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on office location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
