Business Litigation Associate (Detroit)

About the Role

Dykema is seeking a highly motivated business litigation associate with at least five (5) years of experience to join our Detroit office. Other Michigan office locations may be considered.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience litigating contract and business disputes and experience with construction and/or supply chain litigation.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Appearing in court
• Working with a team

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of business litigation experience
• Experience with contract and business disputes, construction, and/or supply chain litigation
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Attention to detail and sound judgment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Admission to practice in Michigan
