Associate Laboratory Assistant
This position is per-diem and will work 8-hour, variable shifts at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. About the role
Under the general supervision of the Phlebotomy and Specimen Processing Supervisor, the Clinical Lab Assistant I performs routine non-technical, manual, and a moderate amount of technical work in the medical laboratory. Maintains laboratory areas and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition. Carries out related tasks as required.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License, or
- Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Laboratory, medical office, or hospital experience.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.19 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
- Per-diem, 8-hour variable shifts.
