About the role
This position involves providing technical support for personal computers, laptops, tablets, printers, IP phones, and mobile devices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and assisting users with hardware and software issues. The role also includes maintaining technical expertise, network support, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots, repairs, and inspects end-user hardware and software.
- Installs and tests end-user computer hardware and software.
- Provides on-site end-user training and navigates IT processes.
- Maintains technical expertise through continuous learning.
- Supports medical equipment repair and maintenance.
- Manages workload and project timelines.
- Communicates effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Two years of experience with personal computer hardware and software support.
- A+ Certification, CCNA, MCP, or MCSE preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include education and experience as outlined above.
- Must be able to respond quickly to alarms and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical requirements include frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and grasping.
- The work environment is a standard office setting.
