Associate Human Resources Coordinator
Job Summary

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will help keep core HR processes running smoothly across areas such as recruiting, onboarding, employee support, records management, reporting, training coordination, engagement event support and HR systems administration. You will serve as a trusted point of coordination for HR activities, helping deliver accurate information, timely follow-through, and a positive employee experience. This role offers the opportunity to build broad HR knowledge, partner with leaders and employees across the business, and contribute to a team that supports both mission execution and workplace culture.
Essential Functions
- Support and Collaborate: Engage in a variety of HR activities to support our employee population across the business.
- Be the go-to person for HR-related inquiries and actions.
- Data Maestro: Collect, track, verify, and analyze data from multiple sources. Your keen eye for detail will ensure our records are always accurate and up to date.
- Reporting Wizard: Utilize software tools to compile and generate insightful reports to support presentations that drive informed decision-making.
- Process Innovator: Use your creativity to design and enhance workflows, making our processes more efficient and effective.
- Mission Advocate: Champion the mission, values, and culture of the organization. Communicate and reinforce our core principles at every opportunity.
New Hire Onboarding & Orientation Support
- Care for new hires by coordinating and supporting onboarding and orientation activities, including pre-start requirements, first-day logistics, and ongoing assistance to help ensure a smooth and positive transition into the organization.
- Create attention-grabbing internal communications to always keep our employees informed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with general HR practices, with a willingness to dive into the specifics.
- A detail-oriented mindset with solid data analysis and reporting skills.
- Familiarity using HRIS systems and software.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude in supporting our team and reinforcing our organizational culture.
- Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed.
- The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office procedures and good writing and verbal skills.
