Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs (e.g., succession planning, workforce development, compensation, and EEO) that align with business goals.
- Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion, driving organizational change and process improvements.
- Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives to build bench strength and enhance employee retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Collaborate with HR peers, leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) including compensation, employee relations, legal, and organization effectiveness to deliver seamless HR solutions across the organization.
- Communicate effectively with a geographically dispersed leadership team, demonstrating strong cross-cultural awareness.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet business needs
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong technical competence across one or more HR disciplines: Leadership Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations
- Demonstrated experience in prioritizing the workday, balancing multiple projects, and working across multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Workday
- Previous HR experience in Aerospace & Defense
