Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs (e.g., succession planning, workforce development, compensation, and EEO) that align with business goals.
  • Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion, driving organizational change and process improvements.
  • Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives to build bench strength and enhance employee retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Collaborate with HR peers, leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) including compensation, employee relations, legal, and organization effectiveness to deliver seamless HR solutions across the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with a geographically dispersed leadership team, demonstrating strong cross-cultural awareness.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet business needs
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong technical competence across one or more HR disciplines: Leadership Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations
  • Demonstrated experience in prioritizing the workday, balancing multiple projects, and working across multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Workday
  • Previous HR experience in Aerospace & Defense

Primary Level Salary Range

Annual Salary Range: $63,000.00 - $94,600.00

Secondary Level Salary Range

Annual Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00
