The position summary states the general nature and purpose of the job. Overall accountabilities are defined in this section. We’re looking for motivated HR professionals to join our team as Associate Human Resources Business Partner (Associate HRBP).
Responsibilities
- Supports the implementation of HR programs and policies to strengthen leadership engagement and employee relations.
- Acts as an employee advocate and culture ambassador, promoting alignment with company values and a positive work environment.
- Leverages HR tools (Workday/AskHR) and other critical processes as a value-added benefit for internal company business partners.
- Total HR Support:
- Aids in recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure the business has the skills needed to succeed.
- Champions HR compliance needs and requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Contributes with training and development efforts by identifying gaps and coordinating learning opportunities.
- Provides guidance and coaching to junior HR team members.
- Operations & Insights:
- Guides on policy interpretation and collaborates with leadership to resolve employee relations issues.
- Utilizes data and reporting to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend improvements.
- Maintains visibility in the workplace to foster strong relationships and ensure HR practices are effectively applied.

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration or related Field and 3+ years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
- Experience in team management/development or project leadership, preferred.
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Knowledge of Human Resource systems; Internet software; Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Payroll Database software.
- Possesses specialized knowledge of HR systems, processes and procedures, including administration of benefits, compensation and other programs.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
Qualifications
- Capable of sitting for extended periods of time.
- Frequent requirement to sit; stand; walk; reach with hands and arms.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Able to travel 5-10% of the time.
- Able to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
