We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Intro about CHAI (organization description). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. But we have "Program Overview", "Position Overview". The posting includes "Program Overview" describing SUPREME and SECURE. Then "Position Overview" describing responsibilities. Then bullet list of responsibilities (starting with "Landscape and analyse supplier dynamics..." etc). Then "Minimum advanced degree..." etc (requirements). Then "Advantages" (preferred qualifications). Then some hashtags etc. We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe program overview?), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (maybe advantages?), Skills (maybe specific skills?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. No boilerplate like EEO, cookie, navigation, legal, etc. Remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading (the page already shows it). No Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must include a section only when posting has real specific content; never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Thus we need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: Could be the program overview description (SUPREME, SECURE). That's substantive. So we can have

    About the role

    with

describing program overview. - Responsibilities: The bullet list after "Position Overview" (starting with Landscape and analyse...). That's duties. So

    Responsibilities

    with
    • each bullet. - Requirements: The "Minimum advanced degree..." list (minimum qualifications). That's requirements. So

      Requirements

      with
      • . - Qualifications/Skills: The "Advantages" list (preferred qualifications). Could be placed under

        Qualifications

        or

        Skills

. The instruction says we have headings for Qualifications, Skills. We can decide to put advantages under Qualifications (preferred qualifications). Or we could split: Qualifications for required? But we already have Requirements for required. Advantages could be Qualifications (preferred) or Skills. Since they are "Experience working remotely..., Experience in medical diagnostics..., Experience working in or supporting LMICs." Those are more like qualifications/experience. So we can put under

        Qualifications

. Or we could put under Skills? Probably Qualifications. - Benefits, Pay, Schedule: The posting does not mention benefits, pay, schedule. So we should NOT include those sections. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information: The intro about CHAI (mission, etc.) maybe also part of About the role? The posting includes a paragraph about CHAI before Program Overview. That is organizational description. Should we include that? It's substantive. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate "About the organization" but we don't have that heading. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect us to use those headings only. So we should map content to those headings. The organizational description could go under About the role (maybe as part of role description). But About the role typically describes the role, not the organization. However we can include both program overview and organization description in About the role. Alternatively we could treat the CHAI description as part of About the role (since it's about the organization offering the role). That seems acceptable. Thus About the role

will contain the CHAI description plus program overview. We need to avoid duplication: The posting repeats some lines? Not seeing duplicates besides maybe the hashtags. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The posting includes "CHAI is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." and diversity statement. That's boilerplate; we must remove it. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. There's none. We must not include the hashtags #jobreference2 etc. Those are metadata; we can drop them. Now craft HTML. Structure:

        About the role

        ... combined text ...

        • Available for up to 25% travel.
        • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
        • English language fluency, both written and verbal.

        Qualifications

        • Experience working remotely with a decentralized team.
        • Experience in medical diagnostics and/or global health.
        • Experience working in or supporting Low- and Middle-Income Countries.
We need to ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check that we didn't include any boilerplate: removed EEO statement, diversity statement, CHAI is an Equal Opportunity Employer, etc. Also removed the introductory CHAI mission paragraph? We kept it in About the role. That's okay. Now we need to combine the CHAI description and program overview into About the role paragraph. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is a global health organization committed to saving lives and reducing the burden of disease in low- and middle-income countries. Working at the invitation of governments, CHAI supports governments and the private sector to create and sustain high-quality health systems. Founded in 2002 in response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic, CHAI has worked to dramatically reduce the price of life‑saving drugs and increase access to these medicines. Over the past two decades its focus has expanded to include HIV, COVID‑19, malaria, tuberculosis, hepatitis, cancer, diabetes, hypertension, and other non‑communicable diseases, as well as vaccine rollout, maternal and child mortality reduction, chronic malnutrition, and assistive technology. CHAI invests in horizontal approaches to strengthen health systems through programs in human resources for health, digital health, and health financing, aiming for sustainable impact at scale, government‑led solutions, national scalability, and global sharing of learnings. The SUPREME (Sustainable Equitable Care and Universal Resources for Eclampsia and Anaemia) programme is a four‑year, Unitaid‑funded initiative launched in early 2026 to reduce maternal and neonatal deaths in Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Senegal, and Tanzania by improving access to quality‑assured, affordable tools for the prevention, diagnosis, and management of pre‑eclampsia/eclampsia and maternal anaemia. Within SUPREME, the SECURE project—led by CHAI—focuses on improving the availability of and access to priority maternal health products." We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The posting also includes "Learn more about our exciting work http//www.clintonhealthaccess.org". That's a link; we could include it but it's maybe not essential. It's a URL but missing colon? It's "http//www.clintonhealthaccess.org". Might be considered boilerplate? It's a link to learn more; could be considered part of About the role. However it's not a list; we could include as part of paragraph. But it's not a substantive duty; it's just a link. Might be considered navigation? Not exactly. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. A link to learn more is not necessarily boilerplate; but it's like a call to action. Might be considered navigation? Safer to omit? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The link is substantive info (where to learn more). However it's malformed (missing colon). Could still include as is. But it's not a list; we can include as part of paragraph. We'll include it at end of About the role paragraph: "Learn more about our exciting work at http//www.clintonhealthaccess.org." Now ensure no stray HTML tags outside. Now produce final HTML fragment. Check for any missing content: The posting also includes "Program Overview The CHAI Global Markets Team (GMT) strives to build healthy marketplaces..." That's part of program overview; we might have omitted that. Actually we included program overview but not the GMT description. The posting includes after CHAI description: "Program Overview The CHAI Global Markets Team (GMT) strives to build healthy marketplaces to ensure the sustainable supply of vital medical commodities. In particular, the Global Markets Team helps life science companies understand what products are needed in low- and middle-income countries, what prices are sustainable, and how to navigate complex regulatory and procurement environments. GMT is responsible for managing relationships with major pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies which includes negotiating access programs, licensing agreements, product development agreements, and volume guarantees, among other activities. Example market shaping efforts that CHAI has been involved with include the following Kenya is granted special Caffeine Citrate pricing after Clinton Health Access Initiative led negotiations with Ethypharm - Health BusinessCHAI and The Hepatitis Fund announce pricing
