Stock Associate

About the role

Warehouse Associates play a critical role in supporting our distribution operations by ensuring inventory is received, stocked, and replenished accurately and efficiently to meet our customers' needs. We offer a stable career with growth opportunities in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock items on shelves and maintain neat, orderly warehouse conditions
• Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores, placing them in proper locations
• Verify received merchandise against inventory records
• Assist in pulling parts during busy periods
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the warehouse
• Work with stock manager to address order discrepancies
• Resolve stocking issues and perform miscellaneous warehouse projects
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Accurately follow written and verbal directions
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with team members
• Open availability, flexibility to work various shifts and overtime
• 1-2 years of stocking experience preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse safety measures
• Maintain and promote workplace safety
