Associate Faculty – First Year Experience (Main Campus)
Position Overview
Post University is seeking experienced, engaging, and student-focused Associate Faculty to teach on-ground courses within our First Year Experience (FYE) program. These courses are designed to support new students in building foundational skills for academic success, personal development, and career exploration.

Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging, in-person learning experiences that promote participation, reflection, and growth
Establish clear structure, expectations, and routines appropriate for first-year, traditional-aged learners
Provide personalized guidance and timely feedback that supports academic progress
Proactively monitor student progress and conduct outreach to at-risk students
Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
Collaborate with academic advisors, student support staff, and campus partners to promote student success
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies
Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Communication, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field required
Minimum of 3 years of in-person or blended teaching experience
Experience working with first-generation or traditional-aged college students
Strong classroom presence and ability to manage and engage first-year learners
Required Qualifications
Commitment to supporting the development of socially responsible, career-ready learners
Effective communication and feedback practices
Comfort with multimedia and interactive teaching approaches
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching First Year Experience (FYE), student success, or transition courses
Background in advising, mentoring, student life, or student development
Familiarity with evidence-based student success practices
