For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director - Workforce - Healthcare to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will focus on developing workforce management solutions that help healthcare organizations improve forecasting, capacity planning, and operational performance. The Associate Director will partner closely with clients and senior leadership to translate complex data into practical recommendations that support stronger healthcare outcomes. This position also includes opportunities to mentor junior team members, contribute to business development, and shape strategic client engagements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Design integrated workforce management solutions incorporating multiple metrics Lead the development of advanced models for demand forecasting and capacity optimization Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences Create reusable frameworks for efficient client engagement and quality maintenance Integrate resource management with capacity and patient flow metrics for comprehensive solutions Identify technology and AI opportunities to improve workforce planning Manage client relationships and deliverables with minimal supervision and ensure quality standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in a relevant quantitative field 6+ years in consulting or healthcare operations focusing on workforce management Experience building quantitative models that influence healthcare outcomes Background in health systems, hospitals, or ambulatory networks is essential Proficiency in SQL and an analytical programming language such as Python or R Strong Excel modeling skills including scenario analysis and dashboard design Familiarity with healthcare data sources and systems is highly desirable Benefits Opportunity for extensive travel (75%) to engage with clients Chance to mentor and develop junior team members Engagement in business development efforts including proposal writing Access to intellectual property development in workforce management Collaboration with senior leadership and the chance to influence strategic outcomes in healthcare Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
