Associate Director, Trade and Distribution
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Trade and Distribution to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive trade and distribution execution for healthcare clients, with a strong focus on preparing products and organizations for successful launch and day-one readiness. The Associate Director will coordinate distribution activities across internal teams and external partners, helping ensure service models, onboarding, planning, and issue resolution are handled effectively. This position is well suited for an operations leader who understands the practical realities of pharmaceutical and biotech distribution and can support regulatory and partner-facing work with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of trade and distribution activities for clients
- Prepare client organizations for product distribution requirements
- Assist in tracking and communication of distribution activities
- Define and organize service models for distribution partners
- Engage in trade partner selection and onboarding
- Provide support toward day-one distribution readiness and issue resolution
- Assist in demand planning and regulatory submissions
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in the Pharma/Biotech industry
- 3 years of direct experience in trade and distribution
- Operational experience in large or small pharmaceutical organizations, not just strategic roles
- Experience launching products in various distribution settings
- Familiarity with third-party contracts preferred

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
