Associate Director of Practice Operaations

Position Summary

Responsible for the daily operations of clinics in the practice.

Is the liaison between administrative services and assigned clinics; and implements and ensures compliance with federal and state regulatory compliance programs and policies.

Supports the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas, including staffing and purchasing.

Required Qualifications

• Five years operations management experience in a healthcare corporation with multiple sites is required.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of medical records management is essential.
• B.A. degree in business administration or related field required.
• Valid State Drivers License for travel to clinics.
• Compliance with the company’s Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.
