Responsibilities

  • Own the learning strategy for Market Access field roles
  • Identify and prioritize capability gaps for Market Access teams
  • Design onboarding curriculums for key Market Access roles
  • Establish learning design principles and quality standards
  • Provide learning design guidance to training teams for effective programming
  • Oversee training content lifecycle to ensure relevance and compliance
  • Define and assess learning effectiveness using field insights

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in learning strategy or commercial training roles
  • In-depth knowledge of the market access landscape and field roles
  • Experience with designing learning architectures and role-based frameworks preferred
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and evaluation methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and operate effectively in cross-matrix environments
  • Prioritized success in managing external vendors and learning partners
