Responsibilities
- Own the learning strategy for Market Access field roles
- Identify and prioritize capability gaps for Market Access teams
- Design onboarding curriculums for key Market Access roles
- Establish learning design principles and quality standards
- Provide learning design guidance to training teams for effective programming
- Oversee training content lifecycle to ensure relevance and compliance
- Define and assess learning effectiveness using field insights
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in learning strategy or commercial training roles
- In-depth knowledge of the market access landscape and field roles
- Experience with designing learning architectures and role-based frameworks preferred
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and evaluation methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and operate effectively in cross-matrix environments
- Prioritized success in managing external vendors and learning partners
