Associate Director, Market Access Analytics
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and partner with key business stakeholders
- Identify key business questions and gain agreement on data, reports, and analyses to address these questions
- Manage and complete special projects and ad hoc analytic requests, including preparation and presentation of analyses, and providing actionable insights and recommendations based on findings
- Provide ongoing, high-level strategic consulting to all internal stakeholders to ensure maximum leverage of insights
- Primary analytic partner and support for Patient Services, Distribution, and Reimbursement Team
- Working in collaboration with other commercial groups to provide support for operations related to LUMRYZ HUB activities
- Develop and maintain new and existing dashboards providing actionable insights related to treatment providers, pilot programs, HUB activities, co-pay card utilization, and Patient Access Services
- Support ongoing initiatives to increase fulfillment by providing detailed analyses related to pharmacy performance, opportunity, and tracking
- Manage data, KPIs, and platform for Field Reimbursement Managers
- Support pull-through initiatives, targeting exercises, and opportunity assessments for GPO and pharmacy accounts
- Aid Pricing and Contracts and Market Access Strategy & Marketing with deal assessment support
- Develop and implement QC processes to ensure accuracy of analytics and reporting
- Develop and manage analysts to meet needs of the growing commercial organization
- Support Market Access related launch activities for alixorexton
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, science or quantitative disciplines such as mathematics or statistics required. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience delivering analytics solutions to pharmaceutical or biotech organizations that address key business needs for promoted products
- Minimum of 5-7 years in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with pharmaceutical data assets (including claims data) offered by external vendors (IQVIA, Symphony Health, DRG, Komodo, etc) and data generated by internal systems (Veeva)
- Experience with specialty markets or rare diseases preferred
- Experience required working with large datasets and using relational databases. Previous experience or understanding of SQL programming is required
- Exceptional computer skills including fluency with Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau are a plus
- Strong quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills
- Highly analytical, always looking for new ways to examine data
- Strong attention to detail and process follow-through
- Able to work both independently and cross-functionally
- Able to develop collaborative working relationships with key customers and Commercial Leadership; ability to understand business requirements, propose solutions, gain alignment, and execute
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, including ability to synthesize information for and make recommendations to key customers and Commercial Leadership
Pay
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $185,000. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual performance pay bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, training, knowledge, and experience.
