About the role
At Sanofi, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives. As Associate Director, Heplisav B, you will help to lead the strategic direction and commercial performance of Heplisav B. You will ensure seamless integration of Heplisav B into the full portfolio while driving market leadership and delivering measurable business results. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic vision, cross-functional influence, and accountability for tactical execution and P&L performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead tactical execution of Heplisav B and identify efficiencies cross-franchise to optimize performance and resource allocation
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to identify growth opportunities and ensure end-to-end execution
- Monitor performance and recommend changes to execution and/or strategy based on key data and qualitative insights
- Lead governance meetings, including but not limited to summits, forecast reviews, franchise team meetings
- Act as field integration lead to ensure teams are confident in selling Heplisav; propose execution strategies needed for success
- Be accountable for translating complex data into strategic business insights that shape priorities and drive execution
- Champion segmentation strategy pull-through to drive uptake in top targeted accounts for Heplisav and support full portfolio objectives
- Collaborate with segment leads and market access to optimize uptake of Heplisav B in the market
- Oversee and be accountable for the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review process for promotional materials
- Steward and optimize assigned promotional budgets to maximize ROI and business impact
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with market access, sales, finance, portfolio marketing, franchise marketing, and health system marketing teams
- Lead and optimize end-to-end execution across personal and non-personal promotion
About You
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree (MBA or related field), MS Office proficiency, Experience with Vaccines, biologics, or injectables, Market access and Product launch experience, Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive results across matrixed organizations without direct authority, Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to architect innovative solutions, Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail, Experience managing creative agencies and third-party vendors to deliver exceptional results, Proven ability to navigate promotional materials through legal, regulatory, and medical review processes, Outstanding project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills, Strategic vision combined with tactical execution excellence
