Associate Director Field Effectiveness and Communications

About the role

The Associate Director, Field Effectiveness & Communications serves as the primary communications lead for Sanofi's Customer Facing Capabilities (CFC) organization, supporting North America field operations. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute internal communication strategies that keep the field organization informed, engaged, and equipped during periods of workflow enhancement, system updates, and broader business transformation. This role plays a critical part in translating complex, technical changes into clear, actionable messaging while building the trust and alignment needed to drive adoption. In addition, this individual will support key stakeholder engagement programs — including Field Sales Leadership feedback loops, and CFC Champion governance — ensuring that the voice of the field is heard, acted upon, and continuously integrated into CFC's ways of working.
