Associate Director, Experience Design

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Experience Design to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide experience design strategy for complex client engagements, ensuring solutions are aligned to customer business goals and deliver meaningful outcomes. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, shape how design thinking is applied across the organization, and help influence the responsible adoption of AI within design practices. The position also includes mentoring junior team members, strengthening the design function, and supporting work that blends research, prototyping, storytelling, and visual communication.
