Associate Director, Experience Design SuiteLead

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director Experience Design Suitelead to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a life sciences environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Define and own customer journey frameworks and experience principles Lead CX and UX design by translating customer needs into experience outcomes Identify and address systemic customer friction points across interactions Create reusable experience designs and patterns applicable across brands and channels Translate performance insights into actionable experience design guidance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field 8+ years in customer/user experience design within a pharmaceutical organization 6+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams Deep expertise in customer journey mapping and CX/UX frameworks Ability to navigate and lead through ambiguity Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k retirement savings plan Flexible paid vacation Discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation eligibility Equity grants in accordance with company plans Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
