Associate Director, Experience Design SuiteLead

For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking an Associate Director Experience Design Suite Lead to join their team. This role is remote and open to US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship is available.

About the role

Lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. Work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own customer journey frameworks and experience principles
• Lead CX and UX design by translating customer needs into experience outcomes
• Identify and address systemic customer friction points across interactions
• Create reusable experience designs and patterns applicable across brands and channels
• Translate performance insights into actionable experience design guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field
• 8+ years in customer/user experience design within a pharmaceutical organization
• 6+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in customer journey mapping and CX/UX frameworks
• Ability to navigate and lead through ambiguity

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
