We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Let's parse. Posting includes: - About This Role: description of role, mission, etc. That's about the role. - Job Responsibilities and Duties: list of responsibilities. - Requirements / Qualifications: bullet list of qualifications. - Experience, Knowledge And Skills: list of skills. - Salary and Benefits: includes salary range and benefits description. - Schedule: mentions onsite requirement: "This role is based at Axsome’s HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles." Also later: "Ability to work onsite Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles." So schedule info: onsite requirement, days. Thus we have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement and unsolicited resumes note etc. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also the "For more information, please visit us at www.axsome.com and follow us on LinkedIn and X." is maybe boilerplate? It's not required but could be considered navigation? It's not a legal/EEO but it's generic company info; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? It's not substantive to role; but we should preserve all substantive information; that line is not about role but company info. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO; it's just company website/social. Might be okay to keep but could be considered filler. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." This line is not those; it's just company info. Might keep but could be considered navigation? It's not navigation. I'd keep it in About the role as prose. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

Axsome Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company leading a new era in the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) conditions. We deliver scientific breakthroughs by identifying critical gaps in care and develop differentiated products with a focus on novel mechanisms of action that enable meaningful advancements in patient outcomes. Our industry-leading neuroscience portfolio includes FDA-approved treatments for major depressive disorder, agitation associated with dementia due to Alzheimer’s disease, excessive daytime sleepiness associated with narcolepsy and obstructive sleep apnea, and migraine, as well as multiple novel product candidates addressing a broad range of serious neurological and psychiatric conditions that impact over 150 million people in the United States. Together, we are on a mission to solve some of the brain’s biggest problems so patients and their loved ones can flourish. For more information, please visit us at www.axsome.com and follow us on LinkedIn and X. About This Role Axsome Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Payer Marketing to drive Payer Marketing efforts and to ensure that Axsome’s products are represented effectively and appropriately to payer decision makers. The Associate Director/Director, Payer Marketing will play a critical role in ensuring that patients have affordable access to the Company’s innovative medicines. This position will collaborate cross functionally with the rest of the Market Access organization, Brand Marketing, Market Research, Advocacy, Medical and the Operations teams to develop and articulate payer marketing strategy. This role reports directly to the Executive Director, Payer Marketing. This role is based at Axsome’s HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles.

But note we already have schedule info; maybe we should separate schedule later. The about role includes schedule mention; but we can keep schedule separate. However we should not duplicate content. The about role paragraph includes schedule line; we could keep it there or move to schedule. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could keep schedule separate but we might duplicate. Better to keep schedule separate and remove from about role to avoid duplication. However we must preserve all substantive information; if we remove schedule line from about role, we still have it in schedule section. That's fine. Thus about role paragraph should exclude schedule line. Let's craft about role without schedule. About role paragraph: description of company, mission, and role details: seeking Associate Director/Director, Payer Marketing to drive Payer Marketing efforts, ensure products represented to payer decision makers, critical role ensuring affordable access, collaborate cross functionally with Market Access, Brand Marketing, Market Research, Advocacy, Medical, Operations to develop and articulate payer marketing strategy, reports to Executive Director, Payer Marketing. We'll keep that. Now Responsibilities: list from "Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:" then bullet points. We need to capture each bullet as
  • . Let's extract: - Support the payer marketing team in the development of access and pricing strategies, with a particular focus on interpreting and quantifying the impact of proposed and implemented legislation, political actions, and PBM/payer initiatives. - Monitor and interpret federal and state healthcare policy developments (e.g., CMS guidance, Medicare Part D rules, Medicaid coverage standards, commercial market regulations) to assess implications for payer access and affordability strategy - Translate complex policy and regulatory changes into clear strategic guidance for payer marketing, brand teams, and senior leadership, working closely with Executive Director - Partner with market access, legal, compliance, and government affairs teams to ensure payer strategies and materials align with current and emerging policy requirements - Evaluate how policy changes (e.g., utilization management rules, inflation rebates, IRA provisions, coverage mandates) affect formulary positioning, access barriers, and payer decision-making - Work across payer marketing team to integrate policy-driven insights into payer value propositions, and account-specific strategies across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial segments - Support scenario planning and forecasting by assessing downstream impacts of policy shifts on access timelines, contracting leverage, and payer behavior - Develop internal education and training resources to improve cross-functional understanding of policy-driven access dynamics - Engage in strategic planning for launches, LOE planning, and lifecycle management by incorporating policy uncertainty and payer response models - Partner with the HEOR team to deliver value messaging to payers that is substantiated by real world evidence generation / synthesis - Manage, effectively and efficiently, multiple projects that require cross-functional buy-in across different indications and therapeutic areas We'll put those in
. Now Requirements / Qualifications: list: - Bachelor's degree in science, Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related field required, MBA preferred - 8-12 years of Pharmaceutical Industry related experience - 6-10 years of Payer Marketing, Government Affairs, or PBM/Health plan experience or other Market Access related activities - Ability to work onsite Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles. But the last one is schedule; we might move to schedule section. However it's also a requirement. We could keep it in requirements but also schedule. To avoid duplication, maybe keep schedule separate and not include in requirements. The requirement list includes ability to work onsite Monday, Tuesday & Thursday; we can keep that as a requirement but also schedule. Might be okay to duplicate? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; duplication not prohibited but we should avoid duplicated lines. It says remove duplicated lines. So we should not duplicate the same line. So we should place that line only once, either in requirements or schedule. Since schedule section is about onsite requirement, we can put it there and not duplicate in requirements. So requirements list will have first three bullets. Now Experience, Knowledge And Skills: list: - Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare market: reimbursement, payment models including legal and compliance requirements is critical to the role - Excellent problem-solving abilities and demonstrated critical thinking - Strong understanding of the payer landscape and how payer decision making impacts providers and their patients - Possess a strong intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn how clinical trial data and RWE factors into payer decision making - Proven project management experience - Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders - Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with ability to use number and data to tell a story, influence decision makers, and explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences - Previous product launch experience, preferably in the CNS space - Familiarity with current legal and regulatory landscape pertinent to the industry We'll put those in
under Skills section. Now Salary and Benefits: The posting says: "Salary and Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000. The salary offer will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, internal equity and location. Axsome offers a competitive employment package that includes an annual bonus, significant equity and a generous benefits package." We need separate Pay and Benefits sections if they have real specific content. Pay: salary range. Benefits: annual bonus, significant equity, generous benefits package. We could combine but instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we have both Pay and Benefits content; we could make two sections: Pay and Benefits. Or we could combine into one Benefits section that includes pay? But they said use headings for Pay, Schedule, Benefits. So we should create Pay and Benefits sections if content exists. We'll do:

        Pay

The anticipated salary range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000. The salary offer will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, internal equity and location.

        Benefits

Axsome offers a competitive employment package that includes an annual bonus, significant equity and a generous benefits package.

Now Schedule: we have onsite requirement: at least three days per week, based at HQ in NYC, unable to consider fully remote. Also ability to work onsite Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. We'll combine.

        Schedule

This role is based at Axsome’s HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week (e.g., Monday, Tuesday & Thursday). We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles.

Now About the role: we need to ensure we didn't include schedule line. Let's craft. About the role paragraph: "Axsome Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company leading a new era in the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) conditions.
