Associate Director, Payer Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Payer Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape payer-focused marketing strategies that support access, value communication, and brand execution across the U.S. healthcare landscape. The Associate Director will partner closely with account management, promotions, learning, and cross-functional brand teams to align segment needs with broader commercial objectives. This position is ideal for a marketing leader who can translate healthcare economics and payer insights into practical, customer-facing plans that drive execution and strengthen market impact.
