Major Responsibilities/Activities
- Deliver support to all business users, investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies
- Partner directly with customer support through user requests and queries, which may include ad-hoc data reports and analysis
- Affiliate with process testing, data migration, system integration and deployment to the end user
- Create documentation of processes, issues/bugs and resolution
- Maintain and track production related bugs and communicate status to business users, management and team
- Provide overnight/weekend testing support for the applications/systems, as the need arises
- Create solutions and automate jobs/processes, write scripts and stored procedures
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years’ experience in application support and development within the financial industry
- 7-10 years’ experience with MS SQL Server (Stored procedures, views, scripts)
- Strong knowledge of web services and internet technologies and proficiency with SDLC processes, FTP/SFTP, HTML, XML, MS Access, and other scripting languages with an emphasis on PowerShell
- Experience working with enterprise job scheduling tool/application, such as JAMS, is a plus
- Possess familiarity with order management system functionality (CRD OMS) such as trading blotters, portfolio manager analytical tools, compliance module reporting, order history and FIX connectivity is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree

Pay
Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $140,000
